for Business Development Executive (BDE) at Edu Wisdom Academy

Location: Kochi, India (Hybrid Role)

Responsibilities:

? Engage with high-quality leads provided by Edu Wisdom Academy through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to promote and sell the educational programs offered by the academy.

? Convert leads into enrolled students by effectively presenting the benefits of the courses, addressing queries, and resolving concerns in a professional manner.

? Build strong relationships with potential customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that align with their goals.

? Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads in a CRM system, ensuring proper follow-up and tracking of conversion progress.

? Collaborate closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to enhance conversion rates.

? Stay updated on the curriculum, features, and unique selling points of EduWisdom Academy's programs to confidently communicate their value proposition to prospective students or parents.

? Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

? Proven experience in sales (minimum 2 years), preferably in EdTech or educational program sales.

? Familiarity with civil services preparation programs or an understanding of the IAS examination process is highly desirable but not mandatory.

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Malayalam is an added advantage for local engagement.

? Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over phone calls or virtual meetings.

? Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

? Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player who contributes positively to team objectives.

? Proficiency in using CRM tools like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing leads and tracking performance metrics.
