Job Summary

The Academic Counsellor plays a vital role in guiding students through their academic journey. They provide personalized advice, help students plan their educational paths, and support their academic, career, and personal development. The counsellor acts as a bridge between the institution, students, and parents to ensure students achieve their goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Guidance

• Assist students in identifying and setting academic goals.
• Develop personalized study plans and track progress.
• Provide advice on course selection, degree requirements, and program options.
• Explain institutional policies, procedures, and academic offerings.

Career Counseling

• Help students identify career interests and connect them with suitable educational programs.
• Provide information about internships, scholarships, and professional certifications.
• Conduct workshops on resume writing, interview skills, and career planning.

Communication and Outreach

• Organize orientation sessions, open houses, and informational seminars.
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records.

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Analyze student performance trends to identify areas of improvement.
• Prepare reports on academic counseling activities and student outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
