Job Summary :

We are urgently hiring Academic Counsellors to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide students through their educational journey by providing them with course and career guidance. Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for education are encouraged to apply. The role offers an attractive salary package with incentives based on performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide academic guidance and counselling to prospective students regarding course options.
• Assist students in making informed decisions about their educational and career paths.
• Communicate program details, admission procedures, and eligibility criteria to students.
• Follow up with students and parents regarding queries and course enrolment.
• Help students identify their strengths and guide them towards the right educational choices.
• Meet and exceed monthly counselling targets and contribute to overall student enrolment growth.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
• Participate in education fairs, webinars, and other student outreach activities.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in any field (education background is a plus).
• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in counselling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
• A passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?15,000.00 per month
