Position : Academic Counsellor
Location : Academy of Media and Design, Kochi
Salary : ?15,000 per month
Experience : Freshers or up to 6 months of experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic guidance and support to prospective and current students.
• Assist students in understanding course options and career pathways within media and design disciplines (Graphic Design, Video Editing, UI/UX, VFX, Web Design, etc.).
• Conduct counselling sessions to assess student needs and help them choose the right course.
• Respond to student inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Maintain records of student interactions and follow up on their queries or concerns.
• Participate in student orientation sessions and assist with admission processes.
• Support the administrative team in managing student data and documents.

Qualifications:

• Graduation in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and empathize with students' academic and career concerns.
• Energetic, proactive, and a problem-solver.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and administrative systems.
