Job Description
Role:
As an Academic Counsellor at Teammates Academy, your primary responsibilities will include:
Sharing detailed information about our courses with prospective students.
Educating leads on the benefits and structure of our coaching programs.
Guiding and converting leads into admissions.
Completing admission procedures efficiently.
Qualifications:
Any degree is acceptable.
Prior sales experience is preferred.
Key Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain course details clearly and effectively.
Strong sales acumen and a persuasive approach.
Organizational skills to manage admission procedures smoothly.
Benefits:
Basic Salary: ?12,000 - ?18,000 per month.
