The Academic Counselor will provide students with academic advising, career counseling, and guidance to help them successfully navigate their educational journey. The counselor will assist students with course selection, degree requirements, academic challenges, and career planning. The position requires strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of academic policies, and a passion for supporting student success.

Qualifications:

• Education :
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Experience :
• 2+ years of experience in academic advising, student counseling, or related roles in a higher education setting.
• Experience working with diverse student populations is highly preferred.
• Skills :
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with student management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with academic programs, policies, and resources.
