Job Description
• Responsibilities and Duties
• Converting qualified leads into admissions
• Provide academic and career counseling to the students on campus as well as through cold calls as per the assigned SOPs
• Maintain a strong knowledge base of academic and career counseling principles and methodology
• Assisting students with application and registration process Present to prospective students, orientation programs, classes, and workshops.
• Working on specific targets and at the same time, earning lucrative income in the form of salary or incentives Maintain daily reports properly
• Actively reverting for texts and emails Following up the prospects regularly Taking the inquiries on-campus tour
• Assisting and supporting the newcomers Maintaining excel sheet for applications and admissions Giving presentations in the meeting if required to the counselors of our corporate extension
• Counseling my own and other counselors' Walk-Ins(existing/ fresh lead) in their absence
• Giving innovative ideas and support for positive reform, if required
• Qualifications and Personal Qualities
• Education- Post graduate Minimum 1 year of experience
• Excellent listening skills
• Sound communication skills
• High level of empathy, patience, and confidence
• Convincing skills

Pay: From ?360,000.00 per year
