Position Overview:

As an Academic Counsellor cum Operations Manager at Toprankers Edtech Solutions, you will play a dual role in guiding students to achieve their academic goals while also ensuring the smooth operation of our class schedules and related activities. You will be responsible for providing academic counselling to students, managing class schedules, coordinating with faculty, and handling operational tasks to support the overall functioning of our educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Academic Counselling:

Provide one-on-one counselling sessions to students to understand their academic needs, goals, and challenges.

Advise students on course selection, study strategies, and career planning.

Monitor student progress and provide feedback and support to help them achieve their academic targets.

Address student queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Class Schedule Management:

Develop and manage class schedules in coordination with faculty and administration.

Ensure timely communication of class schedules to students and faculty.

Monitor attendance and maintain accurate records of class schedules and student participation.

Handle any scheduling conflicts or issues that arise.

Operations Management:

Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operational processes.

Assist in the planning and execution of academic events and activities.

Manage administrative tasks related to academic programs, including maintaining records and generating reports.

Implement and maintain operational procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with faculty, administration, and other team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.

Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in academic counselling, operations management, or a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for education and helping students succeed.
