Academic Counsellor Location: [SCO 114, 115Sector 34A, Chandigarh] Salary: \xe2\x82\xb910,000 - \xe2\x82\xb920,000 Per Month Job Type: Full-Time : We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Academic Counsellor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalized academic counselling to students, helping them navigate their educational pathways, and making informed decisions about their future. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students to understand their academic needs and goals.
- Provide guidance on course selection, study plans, and career opportunities.
- Assist students with college and university applications, including preparation of necessary documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest information on educational programs, admission requirements, and scholarship opportunities.
- Organize and conduct workshops and seminars for students on various academic topics.
- Monitor student progress and provide ongoing support to ensure they stay on track with their academic goals.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to support student success.
- Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and student progress.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Education
- Proven experience as an Academic Counsellor or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the British education system and admission processes is an advantage.
