Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Academic Counselor to join our team at CADD CENTRE KANNUR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students in selecting academic courses, identifying career paths, and providing personalized support to help them achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one counseling to students regarding academic programs, career pathways, and educational requirements.
• Assist students in developing personalized academic plans aligned with their interests, abilities, and goals.
• Conduct orientation sessions, workshops, and seminars on academic and career development topics.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of courses, programs, and admissions processes.
• Evaluate students' academic strengths and weaknesses and recommend suitable programs or resources.
• Work closely with parents and guardians to address student needs and concerns.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing guidance for improvement where necessary.
• Collaborate with faculty and administrative staff to ensure students' academic success.
• Stay updated with industry trends, educational policies, and career opportunities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ?15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
