We are hiring for Academic Counsellor to work at our Institute located at Calicut. Job Role:
*Conversion of leads.
*Promptly respond to inquiries via phone, email, etc.
*Guide new students through the onboarding process.
*Collaborate with admissions for a smooth onboarding experience.
*Providing detailed information to students.
*Maintaining records of each phone call for future reference. Qualification:-
*Bachelor\'s degree
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills
