We are seeking a driven and result-oriented Academic counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to exceed targets in a high-paced environment. You will be responsible for generating leads, converting them into sales, and building relationships with students preparing for CA exams.
Responsibilities :
• Proactively generate new business leads through calls and convert them into successful sales.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential students.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure student satisfaction and support.
• Follow up diligently with prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment process to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
• Monitor and analyze sales data and feedback, refining approaches to maximize conversion rates and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of proven sales experience in the education sector.
• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Strong networking, relationship-building, and interpersonal abilities.
