Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Academic Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide guidance and support to students in their academic journey, helping them achieve their educational and career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise students on course selection, academic programs, and career opportunities.
• Assist students in developing educational plans and setting realistic goals.
• Monitor student progress and provide support to overcome academic challenges.
• Conduct workshops and seminars on study skills, time management, and career planning.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to support student success.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in academic advising or counseling is a plus.
• Ability to work with diverse student populations.
• Proficiency in using educational software and tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
