Creative Minds International School situated in Surajgarha, Lakhisarai, Bihar is a •CBSE affiliated secondary residential school • spread over 3 acres of lush green campus. The school is looking for an young and energetic coordinator with following skills and qualifications. The coordinator must be a PGT English and must have taught in Secondary Sections of an affiliated school. Preferably looking for candidates with at least one year of administration experience in a CBSE affiliated school.

Skills required

1. Very fluent in English and Hindi

2. Should be proficient in computer. Should have deep knowledge in Ms-word, Ms-excel and other software of utility. Must have experience of running a school ERP .

3. Should be fast in thinking , writing , typing etc.

4. Should be able to resolve problems quickly .

5. An administrator ready to devote 24•7 for the school.

6 Open minded , and blessed with ideas of own and learned from other creative schools, and also seen its successful implementation.

7 Experience of handling hostels along with school.

8 Should be ready to take preferably English at secondary and senior secondary level.

9 Knowledge of CBSE Bye laws and affiliation.

Qualifications

1. As per the cbse norms. At least must be Masters and B.eD

2. Must have at least 3 years of teaching experience and 1 year of administrative experience in a CBSE affiliated school.

3 CBSE trainings 50 hours in previous years

3 •DOB should be between 1980 to 1991. •

Job responsibility is to improve and keep working for the benefit of the organization and its stakeholders . Must be willing to cooperate with the management. The management(trustee) of the school is directly involved 24•7 for its betterment. Our food is delicious predominantly North Indian style. Must send a full size photo along with CV while applying.
