We are seeking dynamic and experienced Academic Coordinators for our Pre-Primary and Primary sections. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education, have strong leadership qualities, and be committed to maintaining high academic standards.

• Plan, coordinate, and implement the academic curriculum for Pre-Primary/Primary classes

• Supervise and support teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and delivery

• Monitor academic progress, assess student learning outcomes, and ensure curriculum alignment

• Conduct teacher training and mentoring programs

• Collaborate with school management, parents, and staff to maintain a nurturing learning environment

• Organize academic events, workshops, and school functions

• Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with school policies

Qualification: Postgraduate /B.ed
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role
Salary: xe2x82xb925,000 per month (Negotiable for deserving candidates)
