Curriculum Development:

Implement curriculum changes and improvements based on feedback and assessment data.
Teacher Support and Development:
Provide guidance and support to teachers in implementing effective teaching strategies.
Organize professional development sessions for educators to enhance their skills.
Conduct classroom observations and offer constructive feedback to improve teaching practices.
Student Assessment:
Oversee the assessment process, including the development of exams and evaluation criteria.
Analyze assessment data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
Work with teachers to address individual student needs and promote academic success.
Student Progress Tracking:
Monitor and track student academic progress.
Collaborate with teachers and parents to address academic challenges and implement interventions.
Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, helping to improve overall student performance.
Administrative Duties:
Coordinate academic schedules, including class assignments and examination timetables.
Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth operation of academic activities.
Handle academic records and maintain accurate documentation.
