We are seeking a passionate and innovative Curriculum Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a comprehensive curriculum for children aged 18 months to 6 years.

Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Development:
• Design and develop an engaging, age-appropriate curriculum for children aged 18 months to 6 years, incorporating core subjects and enrichment activities.
• Ensure the curriculum promotes intellectual growth, creativity, curiosity, and confidence.
Content Creation:
• Develop lesson plans, educational materials, and assessments that are engaging and suitable for various learning styles and developmental stages.
• Incorporate a variety of instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
Implementation and Training:
• Work closely with teachers to implement the curriculum effectively in the classroom.
• Provide training and support to educators on curriculum delivery and best practices.
Evaluation and Improvement:
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum through feedback, observations, and assessments.
• Make necessary adjustments to enhance the learning experience and outcomes for students.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and research in early childhood education.
Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is required. A Master's degree in these fields is highly preferred.
Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in curriculum development or educational content creation.
• Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching strategies. Familiarity with current educational standards and the latest research in various pedagogies (e.g., Montessori, Reggio Emilia, Waldorf).
Skills:
• Excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills.
• Creative and innovative approach to curriculum design.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators and staff.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work that meets deadlines.
