Key Responsibilities:
1. Incumbent will be responsible for the evaluation and assessment of Center
Directresses and educators at all centres.
2. Provide inputs on designing, training module as per ground requirements in
discussion with the trainer.
3. Responsible for all the franchise centres' NPS, admission conversion, visit to
admission ratio, staff attrition, retention and child observation report.
4. Monitor all the centres run as per the quality and academic guidelines specified.
5. Provide inputs for the content for adaptions as per ground needs & academic needs.
6. Mentor, guide and hand hold the Center Directress academically.
Key Skill Areas:
• Good presentations and training skills, time management & coordination.
• Good English communication skills.
• Should be flexible for travelling.
• Should have at least 3 years of experience in training
• Should be at least graduate in any stream
