Roles and responsibilities of Academic Coordinator
1) To take active participation in completing the planning of curriculum and work allocation of teachers.
2) To take classes, if teachers are not present.
3) To ensure the timely completion of syllabus and other co-curricular activities as planned.
4) To oversee the development of teaching materials/curriculum.
5) To conduct Parents Induction Program every academic year.
6) Make record of teachers performances and assigning the responsibilities to ensure teachers are given opportunities and mentor them.
7) To conduct classroom observation regularly and share feedback to the teachers to improve the teaching skills and classroom management skills.
8) Identify the need for training for teaching staffs and make necessary arrangements with mutual consent of HO for the same to enhance the teaching skills.
9) To recruit the potential candidates for the teaching requirements.
10) Responsible for retention of teachers.
11) Formulate children development programs and take necessary measures/actions as required.
12) To coordinate and attend the parents-teachers meeting.
13) To coordinate with the school directors to ensure compliance with the standards, school, children performance and accountability.
14) To act on the disciplinary issues and document the same.Any other activities as required to facilitate the learners and the teaching staff.
15) Take accountability of Teaching Learning material at school.
16) To handle and satisfy the grievances of parents if any problem persist.
17) Assist tecahers in completing all observations on time.
18) To attend all training programs and be up to date with H3 Paedagogy.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
