Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Academic Coordination:

• Coordinate and schedule academic sessions, classes, and events.
• Maintain and update student records, attendance, and performance reports.
• Communicate with trainers, students, and parents to address academic queries and concerns.
• Assist in planning and executing academic programs, workshops, and other events.

Front Office Coordination:

• Greet and assist visitors, students, and clients with inquiries and direct them appropriately.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
• Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Handle basic administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

General Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between the academic team and management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
