This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Coordinator who will be responsible for:
Managing & coordinating schools' academic programs/activities
Preparing reports of students' tests and managing student records
Plan & conduct academic audits in our group schools
Prepare symposiums, syllabus & lesson plans for the teaching staff
Coordinate for book review process & prepare the book selection list
Coordinate with all the publishers
Preparing questions papers, load matrix & time table
Preparing & coordinating with schools for yearly calendar. Organise & coordinate for the academic meetings
Prepare school analysis report & present with the school management
Key Skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in academic administration or coordination
• Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Ready to travel to schools and carry a laptop
Qualifications
Preferably Graduation or Post-Graduation-B.Sc.,M.Sc, B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, BE with minimum 1 year related experience
