FULL-TIME, ON-SITE POSITION IN AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT.

Requirements:

•Expertise with Biology concepts/topics at the school level (IB Level, A Level, O Level, AS Level) •

•Full professional proficiency/fluency in the English language (writing, speaking and reading) •

•Minimum 3 years of experience with teaching • •IB Level, A Level, O Level, AS Level - Biology content •

•Acute attention to detail •

•Excellent communication and coordination skills •

•Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad •

Knack for thinking like a primary-grade student

Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Zoology (MSc/BSc Zoology)

Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Botany (MSc/BSc Botany)

Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry (MSc/BSc Biochem)

Basic knowledge, skills and working functionality awareness for Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Strong work ethics and high work quality standards

Responsibilities:

Creating/curating content and scripts (IB Level, A Level, O Level, AS Level)

Getting familiarised with audit templates and parameters

Internalising the above to analyse and assess the quality of content delivery

Working with experienced in-house SMEs to create/curate academic content

Shadowing other team leaders to understand and to get familiarised with academic creation blueprints

Presenting mental versatility to be able to think like a 2nd grader

Communicating deadlines, timelines, lead times and priorities to team members

Planning work schedules ahead of time, in concurrence with team members and other leaders
