Key Responsibilities:

Consulting, learning related Solutions -- Training, Psychometric Administration on online portal, Database preparation, Report & Data analysis on excel, Client Interaction and coordination, Respond to client queries and Training support.

Details

? Research and Content creation using primary and secondary sources for AAEI, Par Excellence and Excellmetric -- Including material for training, SAfSDs and Psychometrics. ? Assisting faculty and Coaches in ways required with client organizations.

? Enable training programs execution - PRE-Work, program delivery and POST program work.

? Provide support in execution of Psychometric assessment on an online portal - Excellmetrics.

? Administer various Psychometric Instruments and Report Analysis.

? Coordinating with clients and in-house trainers for logistics, travel and to ensure smooth execution of programs/ interventions/projects.

? Prepare daily reports on assessments completion status and communicate the same to the client.

? Create support material for training relevant to psychometric assessments.

? Provide support in preparation of Report analysis prior to the training program.

? Manage correspondence on report delivery to all training participants.

? Program Delivery Management (Required knowledge of ZOOM, MS Teams online meeting/conference platforms or to be trained)

Competencies Required for Role

? Freshers - 4 years of experience

? Communication Skills (Good English Mandatory - Writing and Speaking Skills), Execution Skills, Good Interpersonal Skills, and Analytical Skills

? Should be good at MS office - Advance Excel, Word, PDF editor and Presentation.

? Detail oriented and deadline focused - client engagement and responsiveness.

? Want to be engaged with an organization that believes in Business with purpose.

? Those who are passionate about Learning & Organization Development/ Change Management / Leadership and Emotional Intelligence have a penchant for numbers, ability to multi-task and have a very strong Learning Orientation

Education Qualifications

? Postgraduate or Graduation - MBAs in HR/General Management / Psychology / Sociology/ computer science or any field of science, arts, or commerce

? Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

? Knowledge of internet and social media for corporate application

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?171,628.45 - ?420,000.00 per year
