• Designs sales strategies to secure new leads by identifying prospects. Sales calls, strategic evaluation, presentation and proposal coordination, in-office demos, direct mail promotions, and follow-up action all fall under this category.
• Promoting student advocacy.
• Should monitor and coordinate Sales team in their daily activities.
• Create and implement a sales strategy that maximizes sales.
• Collaborates with the Sales team to create and implement programs that increase demand and deliver value.
• Should be responsible for give training and mentoring the team when required.
• Use scope of work documents to help define and communicate client concerns.
• Data is being used to recognize instructional activities that can aid or impede student development.
• Collaborate with the sales and education teams to drive programming sales via cold/warm calling clients.
• Generating leads from online platforms and other various sources.
• Always seek to innovate methods for lead generation.
• Always give importance to customer relation and ensure best customer service while counselling and following up leads.
• Coordinate with Team Lead to conduct weekly workshops at the center to increase walk-ins
Requirements
• Location : Kerala or Tamil nadu preferred
• Experience in EdTech preferred
