Job Offer for HVAC Technician for Split, Cassette, and Ducted ACs

The A/C Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, safety, and longevity

of systems, specifically including split, cassette, and ducted ACs. Your responsibilities include:

1. Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and ensure systems are in optimal

working condition to minimize unexpected breakdowns.

2. Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in HVAC systems, replacing or repairing faulty parts

such as compressors, evaporators, and condensers.

3. Installation: Install new air-cooled split, cassette, and ducted ACs, ensuring compliance with industry

standards and client specifications.

4. System Upgrades and Modifications: Recommend and implement upgrades to improve the efficiency of

installed systems.

5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and installations,

including parts used and labor hours.

6. Compliance and Safety: Follow all safety protocols and industry regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

7. Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients about system status, maintenance schedules,

and recommendations for improvements.

8. Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of tools and spare parts required for maintenance, repairs,

and installations to minimize downtime.

9. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members, provide training as needed, and support junior

technicians.

10. Emergency Response: Be available for emergency repairs and maintenance as needed, responding

promptly to system malfunctions.

Skills and Qualifications:

? Technical Skills: Strong understanding of A/C systems, specifically for split, cassette, and ducted units.

? Diagnostic Tools: Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software.

? Experience: Previous experience in HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation.

? Soft Skills: Problem-solving abilities, good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to

work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
