Responsibilities:
- Analyze and identify process and tooling improvements Liaise with global business, support and development teams Manage stakeholder expectations.
- Provide comprehensive and timely projects updates to Technology and Business stakeholders.
- Design and own the Change Management process Provide ad-hoc post-release assistance to business, development and support groups.
- Develop requirement documents, define hardware requirements, examine and update processes and procedures as necessary.
- Set up application environments as required Coordinate infrastructure activities with SA, Admin, Solution team Document project related process and guidelines.
- Resource should have hands-on development experience with various Ab
- Should have hands-on development experience on most common EME commands
- Must have an understanding of Oracle Database with Partitions, Indexes, RDB concepts
- Snowflake, Netezza are added advantage.
