Job Description
Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Perform applications systems analysis and programming activities. Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business integrate to accomplish business goals. Ensure essential Application Development procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards negotiating with external parties when necessary. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made. Required detail knowledge of Workday cloud integrations in order to develop and maintain ETL Ab Initio code to transform the inbound data into the Human Resources Data warehouse used for reporting and data distribution within Citibank. Develop new and maintain existing Human Resources management reports. Will require expertise in XML, Ab Initio, Oracle database, SQL, Data Warehouse concepts and principles
