About EEPL Classroom: EEPL Classroom is dedicated to empowering young learners through innovative and engaging educational methods. We offer specialized Abacus training aimed at enhancing students' mental math skills, concentration, and cognitive abilities.

Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Abacus Teacher to join our team in Ranchi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics, a love for teaching children, and experience with the Abacus method. This role offers flexible working hours, making it ideal for those seeking part-time or weekend teaching opportunities, with options for full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Abacus classes for young students in an interactive and engaging manner.
• Teach mental math techniques using the Abacus method to enhance students' calculation speed and accuracy.
• Develop lesson plans and prepare course materials to support structured and goal-oriented learning.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to help them improve their skills.
• Communicate with parents to discuss students' progress and address any concerns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience teaching Abacus or similar mental math techniques is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate young learners.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for working with children.
