The Team\'s Focus The Online Cloud team is responsible for the design and build-out (and ongoing support) of a global, multi-product, multi-entity Online solution used to service our multiple customers, consumers, and business areas. Our system runs 24 x 7, processes multibillion transactions monthly, with millions of transactions per hour, interacting with many systems in batch and real-time. At Transunion, Ab Initio is not used as just another ETL tool but an end to end data processing solution. In this role, the Developer will utilize the full Ab Initio product suite across projects and set standards globally on leveraging the product to its full capacity. Success in this role requires a blend of skills in back-end and front-end development, CI/CD, Agile methodology and working on globally distributed team of onshore and offshore resources. How You Will Contribute Partner with internal business resources and technical teams to analyze requirements to deliver solutions to complex issues. Participate in development of cloud solutions to ensure consistency, quality, best practices and performance of applications. Oversee maintenance of code to ensure consistency, quality, and performance of the Online solutions. Delivery focused individual contributor as part of a highly technical Agile team. Support the broader Ab Initio product suite across the Online Cloud applications. Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams. Create tools and services enabling end-user productivity and system integrations. Utilize Transunion design patterns, frameworks, and architectural standards within the Online Cloud applications. Accountability for quality of code and application development. What You Will Bring 3+ years of hands on experience developing and designing strong Ab Initio based solutions. Experience with one of the broader Ab Initio tool suite such as Continuous Flows is required. Strong communication skills that create effective cross team collaboration and quality documentation. Ability to think outside the box and apply unconventional solutions to conventional problems. Proficiency with Linux, including strong shell scripting skills. Demonstrated understanding of how Ab Initio applications and systems interact with the underlying hardware ecosystem. Experience working in an agile project development lifecycle a plus. Cloud development knowledge also a plus. Impact You\'ll Make: Desirable skills Experience in the software development of cloud solutions. Experience of working in Scrum/Kanban Agile teams.
