We are headquartered in San Francisco, CA, with a global presence across the United States, EMEA, and APAC.Role OverviewAs the Sr. Director of Financial, Planning & Analysis (FP&A), you will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of our company. The ideal candidate will have the experience working with a global team, including an in-depth knowledge of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, KPIs, and accounting practices and regulations.We are seeking a proactive, strategic thinker with a solid understanding of AdTech and the skills to drive financial success. This role is based in the office five (5) days a week in Bengaluru, IndiaRole & Responsibilities

• FP&A: Work directly with the Chief Financial Officer to manage Aarki's operational finance functions, including financial planning, modeling, and a range of strategic initiatives.
• Board Reporting: Prepare, coordinate, and create the financial reports to the Board of Directors, providing clear insights and recommendations for business growth.
• Cash Flow & Financial Management: Manage the company's cash flow, capital expenditure, and working capital to ensure the organization remains financially robust.
• Strategic Financial Leadership: Partner with the CFO and leadership team to shape the company's financial strategy, supporting critical business initiatives and decisions.
• Cost Optimization: Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements to

enhance profitability. * Risk Management: Assess and mitigate financial risks, ensuring adequate controls and processes are in place.Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in finance, with a strong background in FP&A, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Previous experience in the AdTech or mobile advertising industry is required.
• Proven track record of preparing and presenting financial reports to senior leadership.
• Excellent modeling and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, especially when speaking to numbers and financial strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving environment.
