Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Aalimah to join our team as an Islamic Educator. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Islamic studies, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for imparting knowledge to students of all ages. This role requires a blend of traditional Islamic scholarship with a modern approach to education, including the ability to utilize basic technology effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development & Delivery:

• Design and deliver engaging and effective Islamic education programs (e.g., Quran, Hadith, Fiqh, Aqidah, Seerah) aligned with established curricula.

• Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles.

• Prepare and conduct interactive lessons, workshops, and seminars.

• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

• Student Guidance & Mentorship:

• Provide individual and group guidance to students on Islamic matters.

• Address student questions and concerns with patience and understanding.

• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.

• Administrative & Technological Skills:

• Utilize basic technology for teaching and administrative purposes (e.g., online learning platforms, presentation software, communication tools).

• Maintain accurate student records and attendance.

• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

• Community Engagement:

• Participate in community outreach activities and events.

• Represent the organization at various platforms.

Qualifications:

• Essential:

• Strong academic background in Islamic studies (e.g., Aalimah degree, or equivalent qualification).

• Proven experience in teaching Islamic subjects to students of various ages.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Proficiency in Arabic language (reading, writing, and speaking).

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online learning tools.

• Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.

• Desirable:

• Experience in curriculum development.

• Knowledge of modern educational methodologies.

• Experience working with diverse student populations.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?8,000.00 per month
