1. Purpose/Key Objectives of the Job What is the primary purpose of this job Describe the 5-6 main objectives of the job and the approximate % of time spent performing each objective. Resolve first Line HR requests in line with turn-around time SLA\'s, standards and policies. Transfer specialist cases to PS Second line specialist as appropriate and communicate effectively with managers, employees and on Site HR. Managing & monitoring the HR-cases & backlog - 70% of time This activity is all about managing the H R-cases : Take, investigate and resolve first line calls and e-mails to the HR Services desk in line with turn-around time SLA\'s and quality standards. Take on first-line questions and cases and register and control client cases in the administrative system. Provide customers with information or advice in case of first-line questions and cases and/or refer complex questions or questions that require follow-up to second line specialist. Interpret and apply HR Policy and procedures to advise managers and employees on Basic HR queries. To maintain employees files, scan and attach relevant documents to employees files, if necessary Identify returning questions and/or opportunities for improvement on work processes, techniques and systems and make a suggestion for improvement to the team leader. Manage Other HR Operations Process :-30% of Time Manage Onboarding/Offboarding process Manage Retirals process Participate in various HR Projects and execute assigned project activities 3. Knowledge, Qualifications & Experiences: Education & Major: Management Major and related, with college degree or above. Related working experience: 3-5 years relevant HR working experience Language skill & certificate: Fluently verbal English, and good business English writing. Standard mandarin degree is preferred Computer skill & certificate: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and HR related technology, including payroll system, employees master data system and others. 4.
