Be part of the team, which is helping delivering Juniper's vision of next generation AI-Driven Enterprise Switching . You will be part of a team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Platform & System Software for Juniper's EX switching portfolio of products.

Responsibilities


• Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Development, Quality, and Technical Assistance teams to design, develop, and deliver a Customer-First Experience .
• Demonstrate a go-getter attitude as you work on challenging projects.
• Leverage your self-motivation and growth mindset to contribute to our collaborative, start-up-like environment.
• Embrace adaptability and an agile mindset to drive innovation and deliver market-leading products in the Enterprise Switching segment.


Requirements


• Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related discipline.
• Experience : 10+ years in platform and system software development.
• Skills :
+ Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities for robust and high-performance software development.
+ Proficiency in C/C++ programming , system design, data structures, and debugging.
+ Familiarity with device drivers, system bring-up, and FreeBSD/Linux internals .
+ In-depth understanding of Enterprise Switching platforms, including software, hardware, and system-level design.
+ Knowledge of:
- CPU (x86/ARM) architecture.
- System peripherals and drivers: Interconnects, FPGA/CPLD, and storage devices.
- Packet forwarding using network processors, PHYs, and SerDes.
- Ethernet interfaces (ranging from 10M to 100G, MultiGiG), MACSec, timing, and optics.
- Chassis management, Power over Ethernet (PoE), stacking, and telemetry.
