4D BIM Engineer - Construction Sequencing and Power BI Integration. : As a 4D BIM Engineer with Power BI integration capability, specializing in 4D Software (Fuzor, Synchro) and Power BI, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain 4D models using Revit. You will incorporate time-based information to simulate construction sequences and project timelines, while also leveraging Power BI for data visualization and analysis. Collaboration with project teams, architects, and engineers is vital to ensure accurate and dynamic dashboards and 4D sequencing that provide real-time insights into project timelines, progress, and performance metrics. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain 4D models using Revit, incorporating time-based information for construction sequencing and project timelines. Perform 4D simulations using software such as Fuzor and Synchro to analyze construction sequences, identify clashes, and optimize project plans. Integrate 4D models and scheduling data from Revit and other sources with Power BI to create interactive and visually appealing dashboards. Extract, transform, and load data from Revit and other relevant sources into Power BI for analysis and visualization. Design and develop Power BI dashboards that provide real-time visibility into construction project timelines, progress, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Establish data relationships within Power BI to enhance accuracy and consistency of construction project dashboards. Create interactive reports, charts, graphs, and maps in Power BI to effectively communicate construction project information to stakeholders. Assist in developing construction sequencing plans and schedules based on the 4D model, considering project constraints, resource allocation, and phasing requirements. Review 4D models for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project requirements and specifications. Collaborate with project teams, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate 4D simulations, dynamic dashboards, and real-time insights into project progress and performance. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. A master\'s degree is advantageous. Proven experience of at least 3 years working with BIM software, such as Revit, Fuzor, Synchro, Navisworks, Power BI, or similar tools. Expertise in 4D modeling, construction sequencing, and 4D simulation using software like Fuzor, Synchro and Navisworks. Strong knowledge of construction sequencing techniques, scheduling, and project management principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex construction scenarios. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. Familiarity with other dimensions of BIM (3D, 5D, 6D) is a plus.
