Job Title: Scrum Master (4 Positions)

Location: [New Delhi or Remote]

Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced Scrum Masters to lead Agile Scrum teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidates will have strong Agile Scrum expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide teams in delivering high-quality products on time. Experience in IBM ACE projects is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities: Facilitation and Coaching:

• Guide and coach teams on Agile Scrum principles and best practices.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure collaborative and efficient teamwork with Product Owners to prioritize and manage product backlogs.

Coordination and Communication:

• Collaborate across geographically distributed teams to maintain productivity and alignment.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders effectively.
• Promote continuous improvement through regular feedback and retrospective sessions.

Project Delivery:

• Track KPIs and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products/solutions.
• Identify and resolve obstacles that hinder team progress.
• Maintain up-to-date product backlogs and documentation using Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.

Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Agile project management tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.

Preferred Qualifications: • Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)).
• SAFe and Kanban certifications are a plus.
• Experience managing multiple Scrum teams across geographically dispersed locations.
• Conceptual understanding of programming and database querying.
• Familiarity with retrospective tools and additional project management software.

IBM ACE Project Experience:

Prior experience in IBM ACE projects will be considered a strong advantage.
