Job Description

Responsibilities:

Creating 3D models and renderings of interior design concepts to help clients and team members visualize the final result.

Designing layouts and configurations for rooms and spaces, ensuring optimal functionality and aesthetics.

Choosing appropriate textures, colors, and materials for various design elements, such as furniture, flooring, and wall coverings.

Designing custom furniture and fixtures or selecting pre-existing options to fit the design theme.

Planning and visualizing lighting solutions to enhance the ambiance of the space.

Working closely with clients to understand their preferences and incorporate their feedback into the design.

Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Enscape, SketchUp) and rendering tools to create realistic visualizations.

Ensuring that design choices align with the client's budget and making necessary adjustments as needed.

Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of the design.

Effectively presenting design concepts and renderings to clients and team members.

Paying close attention to details and ensuring that every aspect of the design aligns with the client's vision.

Being open to design revisions and changes as projects evolve or client preferences shift.

Skills Required:

Proven work experience as a 3D Visualizer for at least 1 year is required.

Expertise in software like Enscape and SketchUp

Familiarity with CAD software for architectural and design projects.

Knowledge of rendering software such as V-Ray, Lumion, or Corona Renderer.

Understanding of basic design principles, color theory, and composition.

Creating highly detailed and accurate representations.

Strong visual skills to create engaging and realistic imagery.

Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.

Effective communication to understand client needs and present visual concepts.

Familiarity with photo editing software like Adobe Photoshop.

Finding solutions to technical or design challenges during visualization.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies in the evolving field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
