You must have strong expertise in **Lumion** and **SketchUp**, and the ability to work collaboratively with the design team to deliver visual outputs on time.Key Responsibilities:- Create realistic and visually appealing 3D renders of architectural design concepts.- Work closely with the design team to understand project requirements and ensure timely execution of renderings.- Translate 2D plans and sketches into compelling 3D visualisations.- Optimize models and renders for best performance and quality.- Maintain an organized library of 3D assets, materials, and textures.Requirements:- Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is mandatory.- Proven experience with Lumion and SketchUp- Strong understanding of design, lighting, materials, and rendering techniques.- Excellent communication and coordination skills.- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.Preferred Skills (Optional):- Experience with other 3D modeling/rendering tools like V-Ray, Twinmotion, or 3ds Max.- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for post-production work.
