- In-depth understanding of regulatory framework (central & state laws) impacting project operations
- Understanding of Development Control Rules and regulations/Bye laws/ procedures for all liaison work for obtaining permissions/approvals and NOC\xe2\x80\x99s
- AUTO DCR
- Should be very well versed with Auto DCR since BMC has gone online and also drawings needs to be uploaded in portal in Auto DCR format
- The major responsibility of the role is to prepare the area calculation and developing the drawings received from Architecture team into a Municipal drawing
Overall Purpose/Objective Of the job
Responsible for preparing detailed drawings and area statements for various purposes required by the Leasing team. To assist in site measurements. Responsible for preparing detailed drawings for various purposes required by the mall team.
Key Responsibilities (List major responsibilities, that you have, to achieve the key objectives)
- Prepare the zoning plan basis the plan given by Architect team and inputs of Leasing team
- Interact with Leasing team in order to manage the modification/s to be made to the retail units such as redesign of lay-out, change in area etc.
- Prepare working drawings for certain section/ areas of the project/s using computer-aided design (e.g. AutoCAD) or any other design software
- Responsible for assisting in site measurement
