Job Description

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Create detailed 3D visualizations for

residential, commercial, and infrastructure

projects. Develop

photo-realistic renders, animations, and walkthroughs

based on client input and construction documentation. Translate

2D AutoCAD drawings

into accurate and compelling 3D models. Collaborate with

civil engineers, architects, and other stakeholders

to ensure visual alignment with the design intent. Work on

concept presentations, proposal visuals, and marketing materials

for internal and external use. Revise and enhance visuals based on

project updates and feedback loops

. Contribute to

BIM workflows

by supporting visual outputs and 3D coordination models.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in

Civil Engineering

or

Architecture

Software Proficiency:

AutoCAD SketchUp 3ds Max (with V-Ray) Lumion Enscape BIM (Building Information Modeling tools

Other Competencies:

Strong understanding of

architectural and construction drawings

Ability to manage

multiple projects under tight deadlines

Excellent

attention to detail

and visual communication skills
