Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of residential construction sites . Ensure construction work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor progress and quality of work, ensuring all timelines and budgets are adhered to. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the construction process meets design, safety, and quality standards. Handle site documentation, including daily reports, site records, and progress updates. Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues and provide solutions to problems as they arise. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards. Assist in coordinating deliveries, managing materials, and ensuring the timely availability of resources.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in site engineering, preferably on residential projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD). Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high-quality standards. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
