Key Responsibilities: 3D Visualization: Create stunning, high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations of interior spaces, including residential and commercial environments, using industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Blender. Material and Lighting Selection: Skillfully select and apply appropriate materials, textures, and lighting to achieve realistic and aesthetically pleasing interior renderings that align with project goals and design concepts. Modeling: Develop 3D models of interior spaces, furnishings, fixtures, and architectural elements, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Design Concept Integration: Collaborate closely with interior designers and architects to translate design concepts into visually compelling 3D representations that accurately reflect the intended aesthetic and functionality. Storyboard Creation: Create storyboards or visual narratives that effectively communicate design concepts, helping clients and stakeholders envision the final interior spaces. Client Presentations: Present 3D visualizations to clients and project teams, explaining design choices and modifications as necessary, and incorporating feedback into the visualizations. Quality Assurance: Review and refine 3D renderings to ensure they meet the highest quality standards and maintain consistency with project objectives. Deadline Management: Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining the quality and accuracy of visualizations. Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, software advancements, and emerging technologies related to 3D visualization to enhance the quality and efficiency of your work. Qualifications: \xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\'s degree/Diploma in Interior Design/Graphic Design, or a related field. \xe2\x97\x8f 3+ years of professional experience as an Interior 3D Visualizer. \xe2\x97\x8f Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, V-Ray, or similar). \xe2\x97\x8f Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and lighting techniques. \xe2\x97\x8f Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent communication and presentation skills. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Benefits:
