Overview :

ADCPL, a leading architectural, engineering, and interior design firm with 33+ years of experience, is seeking a talented 3D Visualizer. The ideal candidate will transform conceptual designs into realistic 3D models and renderings, working closely with architects, designers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create detailed 3D models and renderings from plans and sketches.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure accurate visualizations.
• Produce visual content for client presentations and proposals.
• Maintain technical accuracy and adjust concepts based on feedback.
• Use role specific softwares.
• Develop realistic materials and lighting for visual appeal.
• Engage with clients to understand and meet visual expectations.
• Ensure high-quality output across all deliverables.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Architecture or Interior Designing or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in 3D visualization (preferably in architectural/design firms).
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software.
• Strong rendering skills with designing software.
• Experience with designing software.
• Creative eye for detail, proportions, textures, and color.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
