3D VISUALIZER JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented 3D Visualizer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have

a strong background in 3D modeling and visualization, with a keen eye for detail and a passion

for creating compelling visuals. You will work closely with architects, designers, and other

stakeholders to bring concepts to life through stunning 3D renderings and animations.

Key Responsibilities:

? Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and animations based on project

specifications and design concepts.

? Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and provide

creative input.

? Develop and maintain a library of 3D assets, textures, and materials.

? Prepare visual presentations for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and impact.

? Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and software to continuously enhance skills and

improve workflow.

? Participate in project meetings and provide feedback on design approaches.

? Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining

high-quality standards.

? Assist in post-production tasks, including compositing and editing.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.

? Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing

previous work.

? Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp) and rendering

engines (e.g., V-Ray, Corona, Lumion).

? Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) for post-

production tasks.

? Strong understanding of architectural design principles and visual storytelling.

? Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team

environment.

? Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
