We are looking for an excellent 3D Visualization professional pleasing personality having a good attitude and flexibility to handle Global Freelancers Self driven enthusiastic to join our Architectural 3D Rendering Team.

The Quality Check Representative will assist in the daily management of the 3D visualization pipeline (getting client projects completed through our 3D pipeline via our rendering partners) Quality Check assurance on the 3D Renderings and support to the business stakeholders requesting renderings .

In this role, you'll work closely with the 3D Rendering Team, supporting the company's core design product and ensuring a delightful experience for every client that we serve. You'll help define and manage the pipeline of work which will include a substantial volume of executable tasks within a fast-paced environment.

Key Job Responsibilities:

General

• Support the 3D Rendering team in ramping up the number of 3D renderings we produce each month through our growing offshore rendering partners
• Assist in creating a network of Architectural 3D Rendering Virtual Tour Freelancers.
• Manage many simultaneous tasks and ensure timely delivery

Operations

• Manage the flow of newly finished client renderings and client coordination for 3D Projects.
• Ensure our offshore 3D partners have all relevant information they need to successfully render each client design
• Publish standards to our 3D partners and ensure comprehension and compliance against those standards
• Quality Check of 3D Renderings projects once complete and provide feedback to partners and make adjustments to those not meeting standards.
• Meet 3D rendering production goals each month.
• Handling majorly the core competencies of 3D projects Quality Check Standard as per US client requirement involving (80%) of work rest helping in rendering as per business requirements.

Project Management

• Follow currently defined 3D production pipeline
• Proper Documentation & Record of all 3D Rendering Projects including client feedback, QC Reports, Freelancers Report, Status of projects.

Key Job Qualifications:

• 4-7+ years of experience working for Architectural 3D Rendering Quality Check
• Expert in Exterior, Interior Rendering, Virtual Tours, Pano 360 images and Rendering.
• Able to research on NEW PLUGINS AND WAY TO CREATE HYPER REALISM IMAG
• Outstanding individual and team performer with an excellent track record of driving success.
• A self-starting attitude: You work independently and effectively when directed by your manager

• Candidates having experience in US Client handling would be advantageous.
• Advance knowledge of Autodesk 3ds max (2020 or above), AutoCAD, Photoshop, V-ray, Corona
• Proficient in Unreal Engine, D5 Render, Lumion and Revit (2020 or above)
• Good knowledge in structural and product modeling, texturing & lighting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
