This role will be based at our Atkins office in Bangalore. Job Summary: This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, dedicated 3D Modeller based in Bangalore to work remotely with our Global Design teams. You will be working with a talented team of creative and technical professionals, supporting across our Global regions. Suitable for a highly motivated individual who wants to be creative in developing models, visualise for various large-scale projects with several, latest and cutting-edge tools. Work Location: Bangalore Communication & Verbal Skills: Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English. Ability to take clear briefs and communicate progress clearly with Project Managers and designers across Canada, ANA, ME, UK and APAC. Able to collaborate and work as a team to earn loyalty and respect. Able to define and articulate ideas with clarity. Education: Preferred - Degree in Visual Arts & Communications with exposure to engineering projects. Alternate - Bachelor\'s Degree - Architecture/ Civil Engineering Discipline/ Urban Planning/ Transportation Qualifications: 2-5 years of professional experience. Requirements: Excellent poly-modelling ability in 3DS max and Blender. Proficiency in rendering tools such as Lumen RT, Lumion, Twin Motion Knowledge of real-time engines, viz Unity / Unreal will be beneficial. Working knowledge of modelling tools like Autodesk Revit, Sketch up Good to have knowledge of Infraworks, Navis Works, AutoCAD, Civil 3D and/or Bentley-MicroStation. Model texturing experience advantageous. Good to have knowledge of surfaces and have worked with DTM/DSM in any of the infrastructure projects Knowledge of images, projections etc would be beneficial Responsibilities: Following direction and quality reviews from the Global / Design team delivering work to prescribed standards Developing a friendly rapport with colleges in remote locations Look to evolve ways of working and create efficiencies with colleagues on projects Take responsibility to continually develop and learn new technical skills Complete timesheets accurately and on time Collaborative: Proactively engage with the design team and demonstrable experience where you have had to use initiative and collaborative working. Experience of working in a multinational consultancy People: Working within a team, supporting, and learning off others. Financial: Working to set budgets and timescales. Able to assess results and draw conclusions/make recommendations. Physical: Responsible for care of all equipment, hardware, and upkeep of tools Commercial: Understanding of commercial aspects of project/program management. Potential to support with costing and business development. Management: Able to report into Management and support leadership of projects and resource Good Leadership qualities would be beneficial Support in keeping the team\'s productivity and be part of workload calls with management in Bangalore and Global teams.
