Job Description

Mayabious Art is seeking a talented 3D SketchUp Artist to join our 3D team for architectural projects.

•Key Responsibilities: •

• Creating detailed 3D models using SketchUp based on design concepts, blueprints, and sketches.
• Develop high-quality visualizations for client presentations and design reviews.
• Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and other team members to refine models and improve project outcomes.
• Convert 2D drawings and plans into 3D models for better visualization.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables.

•Requirements and skills: •

• Proven experience in 3D modeling, architectural & interior designing using SketchUp (portfolio required).
• Strong knowledge of SketchUp, Microsoft, Autocad, PS, and Crafting.
• Experience in architectural, and interior design.
• Ability to create both conceptual and detailed models with realistic textures and lighting.
• Proficient in exporting files and preparing visual presentations.

•Qualifications: •

• Must have A Diploma degree in architecture, interior design,or related field.
• Experience with software (e.g., SketchUp, Microsoft,AutoCAD, Crafting).
• Knowledge of Post-Production editing software (Photoshop).
• Understanding of architectural principles and design.
