We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ITI graduate to join our team as a 3D Printing Machine Operator cum Manufacturing Incharge. This position starts with a 6-month apprenticeship, providing hands-on training and experience in operating 3D printing machines and overseeing manufacturing processes. Successful completion of the apprenticeship will lead to full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• 3D Printing Machine Operation:
• Set up and operate various 3D printing machines.
• Monitor print jobs to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on 3D printers.
• Manufacturing Oversight:
• Manage and oversee manufacturing processes and production schedules.
• Coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure seamless workflow.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards.
• Apprenticeship Training:
• Participate in a comprehensive training program covering all aspects of 3D printing and manufacturing.
• Learn and apply best practices in machine operation, maintenance, and safety.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in 3D printing technology.

Qualifications:

• ITI graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• Basic understanding of 3D printing technology and manufacturing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
