Stay up-to-date with the latest animation trends, tools, and technologies to enhance creative outputs.
Work with tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality production standards.Requirements2-4 years of experience in 3D motion graphics, animation, and visual effects.
Strong proficiency in Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max for 3D animation.
Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
Knowledge of render engines like Redshift, Octane, or Arnold is a plus.
Understanding of lighting, texturing, and compositing for realistic and stylized animation.
Experience with motion capture, particle effects, and dynamics is a plus.
Strong artistic and storytelling skills with an eye for detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
A portfolio or demo reel showcasing 3D motion graphics and animation work is mandatory.Preferred QualificationsBachelorxe2x80x99s degree or diploma in Animation, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
Experience working in an advertising agency, gaming studio, or creative production house is a plus.
