As a 3D Modeling Artist and Animator at Dangura Digital, you will play a key role in bringing our creative visions to life. You will collaborate closely with our art and design teams to develop high-quality 3D models and animations for various projects. Your work will be instrumental in delivering visually stunning and immersive experiences to our clients and audiences.

Responsibilities:

3D Modeling: Create detailed, accurate, and visually appealing 3D models based on concept art, reference materials, or client requirements.
Optimize 3D assets for performance and compatibility across multiple platforms.
Maintain a high level of artistic and technical quality in all 3D models produced.

Texturing and Shading: Apply realistic textures and materials to 3D models to achieve desired visual effects.
Ensure consistency in texture quality and style across assets.

Animation: Develop character animations, object animations, and environmental animations to enhance the overall experience of our projects.
Collaborate with the animation team to ensure fluidity, realism, and consistency in character movements.

Rigging: Create and implement character rigs that allow for smooth and realistic animation.
Collaborate with rigging specialists to ensure character rigs meet project requirements.

Collaboration: Work closely with artists, designers, and developers to meet project objectives and timelines.
Provide and receive constructive feedback to improve the quality of work produced.

Research and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve your skills and contribute to the team's growth.

Documentation: Maintain clear and organized documentation for 3D assets and animation pipelines.
