Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled 3D Modeler with expertise in architectural modeling to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating detailed and realistic 3D models of architectural projects, collaborating closely with architects and designers to bring concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop high-quality 3D models and visualizations for architectural designs, including exteriors, interiors, and landscapes.
• Interpret architectural drawings, sketches, and concepts into accurate 3D models.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to ensure designs meet project requirements.
• Utilize industry-standard tools such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, Blender, or equivalent software.
• Work on rendering, texturing, and lighting to create photorealistic visuals.
• Optimize 3D models for presentations, animations, and virtual walkthroughs.
• Stay updated on trends and advancements in 3D modeling and architectural visualization.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, 3D Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in architectural 3D modeling and visualization.
• Proficiency in software like 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of architectural concepts, materials, and construction techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?50,588.00 per month
